We will be with you every step of the way

When you need to make a claim on your insurance policy we will be with you every step of the way, enabling you to carry on with your own life and business in the knowledge that your claim is in the hands of a caring professional. We spend many hours in meetings and discussions with our clients and the representatives of the insurance company, ultimately presenting and negotiating a more than satisfactory settlement.

No settlement - no fee

With regard to fees, they are based on genuine no settlement - no fee terms, with the amount being an agreed percentage of the eventual claim settlement. Other than some claims where substantial interim payments are received, our invoice only becomes due after the claim is finalised to your entire satisfaction. We are always the last to be paid.

Complete Transparency and Independence

Unlike other parties involved in the claims process, you are our sole priority. We work on your behalf to make sure you get everything that you are entitled to. We thoroughly examine the fine details of your policy and aim to restore your business or  property to the same state it was in before the incident, if not better. We give you the big picture, so you can pick the option that best suits you and even gain something positive from your loss.
